We offer the following UVV tests
UVV - Crane inspections
Periodic inspections 3.4.4.1 Cranes must be inspected by an expert in accordance with Section 26 (1) of the accident prevention regulation “Cranes” (BGV/GUV-V D6) in accordance with the conditions of use and operational circumstances as required, but at least once a year
UVV - Inspections load suspension / lifting gear
Lifting and slinging equipment must be inspected at intervals of no more than one year by a person authorized to do so.
UVV - Inspections of racks
According to the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, power-driven shelving is considered work equipment and must be inspected at regular intervals by a competent person in accordance with TRBS 1203 and DGUV Regulation 3. This also applies to wooden shelving and must be carried out at least once a year
UVV - Inspections of industrial trucks
The employer must ensure that industrial trucks, their attachments and the safety equipment required by these accident prevention regulations for the operation of industrial trucks in narrow aisles are inspected by an expert at intervals of no more than one year.
UVV - inspections of hall gates, windows & doors
According to the provisions of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, a competent person is able to test and assess the operational safety of power-operated windows, gates and doors on the basis of their training, experience and knowledge.
UVV - Vehicle and truck inspections
In accordance with DGUV regulation 70, vehicles must be inspected by an expert to ensure that they are safe to operate as required, but at least once a year. We would be happy to make you an individual offer for your vehicle fleet.

Questions about UVV inspections
The UVV inspection is a mandatory measure in the area of accident prevention regulations and must be carried out once a year on various work equipment such as cranes, industrial trucks, but also hall doors and shelves and much more.
Work equipment that may be subject to wear and tear, deterioration or other harmful properties or pose a risk to employees must be inspected once a year.
In order to ensure the continuous functionality and safety of work and operating equipment that is used almost daily, it must be checked at regular intervals. Most manufacturers also specify maintenance intervals at which this work and operating equipment must be checked regularly to ensure its functionality. The provisions of the accident prevention regulations and the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health are also checked.
§ Section 2 (6) of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health defines the qualified person:
Qualified person” is a person who has the necessary knowledge to inspect work equipment due to their professional training, their professional experience and their recent professional activity; insofar as further requirements are specified in Annexes 2 and 3 with regard to the inspection of work equipment, these must be fulfilled.
