General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the company Junge Kranausbildung
§1 Validity vis-à-vis entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 BGB).
Companies within the meaning of the GTC are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity with whom a business relationship is entered into and who act in the exercise of a commercial or independent professional activity.
Clients within the meaning of the GTC are both consumers and entrepreneurs.
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online store http://www.junge-kranausbildung.de.
Reservation of right of withdrawal.
Junge Kranausbildung reserves the right to withdraw from the contract within two weeks of its conclusion. The right of withdrawal can be exercised without reason and requires no further justification on the part of Junge Kranausbildung. Invoices already paid will be refunded to the means of payment used without further request.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online store, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided for in our online store.
Booking a seminar is done in the following steps:
1) Select the desired seminar.
2) Confirm by clicking on the “BOOK NOW” button
The consumer can cancel the order process before submitting the binding order by pressing the “Back” button in the Internet browser used and closing the Internet browser. We will confirm receipt of the order immediately by e-mail (“order confirmation”). With this we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online store: We will send you the order data by e-mail. You can view the GTC at any time at http://www.junge-kranausbildung.de/AGB. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) Certificates are sent by post, postage is already included in the seminar price.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, by invoice, PayPal, credit card and cash.
(3) The invoice amount must be paid no later than 10 days after the date of performance.
§4 Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer:

Attendance seminar
For attendance seminars, you have the option of canceling free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start of the seminar. After that, the full amount must be paid. If you do not show up for a booked attendance seminar, 100% of the invoice amount is due.
In-house seminar
An in-house seminar can be canceled free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start of the event. After that, the amount of the offer is due in full.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
