Qualified person for the inspection of cranes
What is required:
In accordance with Section 2 (7) BetrSichV, qualified persons must be authorized to carry out the tasks specified in sentence 1.
examinations, have the necessary specialist knowledge. These are acquired

What you need to do for cranes and what test criteria are there:
- Technical documentation Inspection book: Check for completeness (master sheet, supplementary sheets) and
conformity with the crane system.
Declaration of conformity: Check presence and validity.
Operating instructions: Correctness and completeness of the operating, assembly and
dismantling instructions.
Load capacity tables/diagrams: Check existence and correctness.
Control plans: Electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic plans must be availableCrane runway statics: Check and compare load assumptions.
Additional information: For example on subframes, check conformity with the
actual design. - Identification of the crane: Check using the inspection logbook.
Markings: Ensure completeness and legibility of markings and
signage. Must be permanently attached to each crane and easily recognizable
for the crane operator - Crane equipment: Check the equipment in accordance with DGUV regulations 52 and 53.

Access points: Check crane access ladders, control stands, platforms and
